  12.         Digital Sound Machine (hereafter DSM) is distributed as FREEWARE.

  15.         This license gives you the right to use DSM in your own software 
  16.         without any charge or obligations.

  18.         o Credits are strongly encouraged, but not required.

  20.         o You may not distribute any of the source code or object libraries 
  21.           included in the package separately or with your software, except 
  22.           for the object modules linked into your program. The example
  23.           programs are for educational purposes only and may not be sold.

  25.         o The contents of the package may not be distributed on any CD-ROM
  26.           or any other media priced above its minimal production cost
  27.           without author's explicit permission.
